I am an experienced R&D executive with long-standing history in pharmaceutical product development, leading research teams and operating cross functionally.
I carried multiple drug candidates in the fields of immunooncology and infectious diseases from early research to phase I/II studies in the US and EU. As an empathetic and people-focused leader, I have a proven track record in jointly building a biotech company, taking it from the early conceptual phase to clinical stage, and from seed funding to IPO.
I have set up and managed various departments in the US and EU. As an executive leadership member, I contribute to strategic development, establish partnerships in research and with pharma, and communicate with investors. I aspire for excellence in data-driven science and operations, and am passionate about building and leading diverse, cohesive teams with the ultimate goal of delivering new medicines to patients.
